Valve Matrix

The valve matrix used in food processes is a valve system that controls and directs numerous liquid flows in production facilities. The valve matrix is particularly used in large-scale food and beverage factories to direct different liquids (e.g., milk, fruit juice, water, or cleaning chemicals) to the correct lines without mixing with each other.

1. Flow Control: It controls the flow directions of liquids in different lines and opens one valve while closing another to send the desired liquid to the correct tank or processing stage.

2. Production Efficiency: It allows the management of multiple flows simultaneously, which increases the speed of the production process.

3. Hygiene: In food processes where hygiene standards are extremely high, the valve matrix ensures that liquids are directed to clean lines without coming into contact with each other.

4. Automation: It typically works integrated with fully automatic systems and can be managed via a central control system, reducing human intervention and minimizing the risk of errors.
