MAXCLEAN separators are centrifugal separators with centripetal pump, automatic partial and total discharge capabilities, configured as clarifier for milk and whey cleaning. These are cleaning separators designed for the effective cleaning of raw milk from contaminants during milking in order to make all operations during milk processing safer. In addition to milk cleaning, MAXCLEAN separators are also used in other processes such as cleaning whey after cheese making and protein recovery from whey.
MAXCLEAN separators removes organic and inorganic solids / contaminants such as bristles, straw pieces, soil, etc. quickly and effectively thanks to its high separation efficiency and effective discharge systems. MAXCLEAN separators are effective in solid particle cleaning as well as somatic cell cleaning and spore reduction and provide high product quality.
